A little while ago I came across a remarkable creative project that is taking yet another approach to the idea of crowd sourcing and open-source creation. Welcome to District Dead. After noticing the project on Twitter, I took a look at their web site. I leave it to Pierre Landry to explain the idea...: "District Dead is an open-source platform for everyone to collaborate in the making of a zombie-themed web series. In every episode, we aim to feature a different city, starring its local talent and creativity." Below are two videos. One is the trailer of the first episode that is in the making.
