
These guys are serious about their business and that demands respect, which I already had for them... In a world filled with lifestyle hospitality is easily forgotten. Not so in other parts of the world. Peter Hoogland and myself were astonished not so long ago by the friendliness of the staff in a small London bistro not so long ago. This makes you go back... And that is what makes the right people for the hospitality business. Good luck to Wim, Marc and the whole crew in Ostend! (Be sure to pay the Kursaal a visit on your next trip to Belgium, the atmosphere is fun and the food is excellent!)
