What a week this has been... I got to work together with Marco Borsato for two B2B concerts at Kursaal Oostende and switched to the incredible gastronomy of The Flemish Primitives overnight. It was a pleasure both times. Even though the two projects seem to be miles apart, there is an element they both contain: passion. The way Marco is passionate about music is very similar to the passion Gert De Mangeleer displays in his restaurant Hertog Jan. The result is incredible. You'll just have to go taste it to know what I am talking about, there are no words to describe this culinary experience...
